Held at the GR Paddle Court in celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the athletic event officially commenced on September 23, 2026, under the banner themed "Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan". The tournament brought together public servants across various local government units, line agencies, and state education institutions throughout the 1st Legislative District of Lanao del Sur to foster camaraderie, promote a healthy lifestyle, and strengthen public service partnerships through sports.

Among the competitive lineup, AMSC fielded several player pairings across all major tournament divisions. In the Women’s Doubles category, the institution was represented by Ma’am Saima U. Adiong and Atty. Emmirhama P. Macabando. The Men’s Doubles division featured the team of Sir Jawad M. Hadji Usman and Sir Jamil M. Maunte. Additionally, AMSC competed in the Executive Doubles category with players Sir Luis Siddick F. Adiong and Sir Amrollah P. Dianalan.

The day’s activities opened with participant registration and an official oath of sportsmanship, leading into an action-packed schedule featuring Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles, and Executive Doubles. Participating teams competed through a round-robin stage in their respective brackets, with the top-ranking contenders advancing to the single-elimination quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship matches.

Event organizers emphasized the overarching intent of the gathering with the slogan, "Hindi lang laro, representasyon 'to!". The initiative serves not merely as a sporting contest, but as an essential platform to build unity, encourage wellness, and ultimately deliver a stronger, more unified public service for the people of Lanao del Sur.
