Adiong Memorial State College participated in the 2026 Lanao del Sur PRIME–HRM Forum

The 2026 Lanao del Sur PRIME–HRM Forum was conducted on March 24 – 25, 2026 at the Ranaw Business Hotel, Marawi City. The event brought together HR practitioners in order to improve their knowledge about the PRIME-HRM, specifically the Evidence Requirements of Maturity Level II (ML II).

The sessions were facilitated by lecturers of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for BARMM. Among the main topics discussed by the lecturers were Performance Management (PM), Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).

The participants actively exchanged opinions, ideas, and experience during group discussions and workshopped on various actions. As a result of their work, each participant made a presentation of his/her agency's Human Resource activities that meet PRIME-HRM requirements.

Some of the participants of the 2026 Lanao del Sur PRIME-HRM Forum came from Adiong Memorial State College. They are Dr. Rashida A. Abedin, Ms. Sherifa Ainee O. Kadil, Ms. Saima U. Adiong, Ms. Sittie Saihana S. Hadji Ali, Mr. Norhan L. Abay, Mr. Khalid A. Ibrahim, and Mr. Al-Mohiden M. Pandapatan.

At the end of the forum, Acting Regional Director Sandrah Arnica M. Usman addressed the participants with her words about strengthening HR systems and ensuring sustainability of public services.
